About Course

In ministry, effective communication and compassionate counselling are critical tools for guiding, comforting, and inspiring members of the church. This course is specially designed for church leaders to strengthen their interpersonal communication, develop listening and empathy skills, and provide basic counselling support to individuals and families.

Participants will learn to engage with people from all walks of life with wisdom, grace, and professionalism—whether in sermons, private sessions, conflict resolution, or spiritual guidance.
